They were absolutely awesome! We had a hard time being approved and they worked with us. And they did it super fast! I had a Drs appointment in reno that day as well and we didnt have a vehicle and we walked out with a new 2010 rav4 that same day! I would Definetly recommend them. Especially Sharon McQueen! If you're from out of town beware! I was in Fallon in the morning and found a truck I liked. Left town to straighten things out with the bank, errands, family, etc. Called and told the saleswoman (Linda I think) that I would come back to town and purchase the vehicle, she said ok and that they would get it cleaned up for me. When I arrived, earlier than expected, I walked in and was told they just sold the truck. Thanks! A simple phone call would have been a good idea to either let me know I'm wasting my time driving or to start a bidding war. Thanks for wasting my time today!!!
