Last time I went in here they had fired everybody that had any common sense or knew anything and the girl that helped me tried to tell me that the apps on my phone as she searching through EVERYTHING in my phone and looking at stuff the apps are the reason that my old phone would shut off at 30% it wasn't the fact that the battery was shot( proved by swapping out battery on my own). This place is a joke I wish you would actually hire people that knew something instead of trying to get people that are pleasing to the eye to look at just because they're attractive doesn't mean they have any common sense or know anything about customer service. When you're going to be the single most reliable cell carrier in a town then you need to have reliable service Personnel in your facility don't waste your time go to Reno or deal with them over the phone.
