Go to Fallon Auto glass and more if you want good service. I called fast glass about a month ago to get my window installed on my house. First off when they called to a measurement they never called me back to give me a quote or let alone let me know they had been to the house. I should of known then to stop my business with them then. But no I let them quote me 200 and tell me it would take 2 to 3 weeks for the window to be order. I waited 3 weeks called them to see what's going on. They had my window but never called me to tell it was in. I set up an appointment a week out. That appointment is today, Suppose to be in the morning. By afternoon I had to go to an appointment no one had shown up. I called the business to tell them I would be gone for an hour they said ok we will let our guys know. I'm home in less than an hour waiting and waiting now I'm supposed to pick up my daughter from school, I call fast glass. They tell me that their guys tried calling me they did not call, but they had been to my house, I have had my phone with me this entire time. Then come to find out they don't even have the right sized window! What? So I have the choice of having them make me a glass but that's not guaranteed or they can order one that has to take 2 to 3 weeks to get in. No thanks so I called a local glass company such better service already received a measurement and quote for 60 dollars less than fast glass. My best recommendation is to go to Fallon Auto glass and more
