Great customer service. Fixed refrigerator for $65.
1. Unprofessional. Scheduled twice with you, no call, no show, no apologies.
Horrible and inconsistent services over a period of about two years without a single successful repair. Different technician almost every single time. Saying they replaced parts that they never replaced. Unprofessional and serious lack of communication. (If any!) con men and liars. Still have a piece of garbage GE refrigerator I paid $2400 dollars for. It has not ever and still does not regulate temperature. Consistently 45-50 degrees. Can not keep food in this POS!!! Lowes has finally offered me a buy out on my extended warranty but only because I worked there seasonally and told the store manager I was ready to put in my formal complaint against Lowes and GE. After seeing how lowes is behind the scenes I can guarantee I will not be buying another appliance through them. Shame on Cal, Richards maytag and lowes for failure to succeed at anything!!
I don't know about the last two reviews, but Cal from Richard's Maytag service appoint was amazing!!! He kept to his original scheduled appointment and gave me excellent service. Richard's also gave me a repair cost, that was at least $100 dollars less than my first original quote. If that wasn't enough, he then went next door to my Brother in Law's house and helped them with a quick fix on a walking washer. I cannot state enough how impressed I was with his service.
2. Customer Service is lacking and I'm putting that NICELY.
Richards is 52 miles from our house one way so to get any service repair is good. Cal called and said he could come 2 days earlier then planned and we said yes please. Cal came and fixed my washer in 15 minutes. Told me exactly what he did to fix it and was very nice on the phone and in person. I will call Cal again for any repairs we need.

3. After looking at pictures online of your location I'd rather spend hundreds more dollars and call someone from the Maytag factory than approaching you any day. By the way, that's what I did.
