I was trying to find someone to repair my Invicta watch which I've had nothing but troubles with. I love the watch but have not worn it in a very long time because it took so long for others to repair it. Joe had my watch fixed and cleaned while I waited and was an absolute joy to converse with. I miss the days of just great customer service. Joe brings that back. Way to go Joe! I don't think I will go anywhere else next time. He refused to take a tip or be paid to clean my watch.
