The lady named Renee that works there has the nastiest attitude I've ever seen. She should not have a customer service job. Her manager wasn't much help either. Horrible service.

Absolutely awful experience. They will damage your boxes then precede to blame it on you and refuse to refund you. Rude customer service and completely disrespectful. I will NEVER let them send any of my packages again.
