Always have what I need
Went to this store at today (11/29/16) around 530-6 and the two people working there were so rude and had bad attitudes. Took a lot of arguing, but I finally got my alternator that I have a lifetime warranty for. Then they refused to help me find another part. Ugh! If the manager or owner reads these then you need to tell your workers to have better customer service.
I don't think I've ever been in an Auto Zone there they don't give you great customer service. This place is no exception.
Service is absolutely great on numerous occasions. Great people, great selection.
Friendly service. My battery cable broke on my truck and the gentlemen that helped he at checkout was awesome. He also replaced the battery cable in the parking lot for afterwards.
