Well drilled been waiting for 3 months for pump & tank. Call left message no call back - Oh yes sent me a bill - no way until work is done!!!

The old Parsons Drilling family members were great. The new Parson's Drilling team won't even return calls for service. I called and left several messages to have my pump replaced and they won't even call me back. I'm guessing that this company has either gone down hill or they are so busy, they could care less about another customer. Pissed me off so I'll call someone else.
