ER staff falsify medical stats on patients in order to process them quickly. Completely unapologetically belligerent and negligently incompetent manifesting a level of systemic professional incompetence bordering just this side of imbecility while ignoring patient’s clearly expressed articulated needs, pain, and issues. Staff are just nauseatingly arrogant whom don’t focus and refuse to do their legal duty until they absolutely have to. Complete waste of money, time, and resources for this hospital to remain either open or left under its current and apparently sickeningly loathsome administrative management.
i don't fav this place at all. people sometime is clueless on real problem. they say i was healthy but then i find out i was stress out and was messing up my health in very bad way. they told me my dry out skin was athlete's foot. that was wrong, it turn out working at my job was dry out my skin. not happy with all misleading info. they can do better!
Came in with a broken rib and they treated me like a junkie. You are way better off going to Reno this is the worst hospital I have ever been to and the people that work there should be ashamed of themselves.
The absolute worst! If I could give no stars I would. Dr. Mark Stevens is rude and he is the farthest from gentle that I have ever seen in his profession and just because he doesn't see anything wrong with me doesn't mean he can tell me that I'm faking it, and making me hysterically cry, and that there is no problem. My knee doesn't have a problem but I can't move my leg and I have a sharp pain in my knee from falling. But like, whatever. If you have the time and the gas, take yourself to either Carson Tahoe or Renown because Banner isn't worth it.
still trying to check in for xray and lab. people are slow! been in waiting room for almost 30 minutes. lady sitting next to me has been here for almost an hour. would've been much quicker to drive to reno.
