Clean environment and friendly staff and have been seen in under 10 minutes or less. I am fortunate to get blood draw testing done here without going to Carson or Reno. The staff was friendly and interested both in person and when I called beforehand. I waited about 5 minutes to be seen and the nurse and the doctor were very friendly and helpful. I'd certainly recommend this place.
Over the last two years I have been to urgent care many times for blood work and illnesses.

The past 4 days it started with a sore throat . To a running and stuffy nose. The 3rd day i couldnt sleep my chest was on fire. And i was coughing badly. Also coughing up yellowish stuff.
I came in here because i was feeling really sick.
He proceededs to say its asthma becaus i smoke cigarettes . Mind you i havent smoked 1 since i became sick and never have i ever had ashtma . Said i was weezing but mimd you im really sick. He said i do not need antibiotcis because i smoke cigarettes and it wont gelp any thing. Gave me an inhaler that cost me 65 $ . This place is a joke. Matthew west is a fraud and is an awful doctor. I would not recommened going here
