They have never added to what I wished repaired for the sake of making an extra buck and have never created more damage than what I came in with. They give realistic repair times and are up front about what needs to be done for the repairs/prices. As far as costs compared to other shops I cannot do. I have heard of Mikes Auto from a friend and never shopped around to compare prices. Overall I would say this about them.... Friendly, prompt (according to your damage assessment etc needs), Great Work (never needed to go in a second time for the same issue).
I can't really compare them to other repair shops, however, that is just the thing. I never needed to go to any other repair shops because Mikes Auto has been good to me and my vehicles. I waited til several repairs later to write this review and they have consistently done good work.
