I would give them a negative rating if I could. I went in for an oil change and they could not take the oil filter cap off. They were the last to do the oil change also. After hours of waiting I still did not get an oil change and the cap was badly stripped. I paid 102 dollars at another shop to get it fixed. I am not happy with their service. I DO NOT recommend anyone take their car there.
There were 4 employees in this department and it took 2 hours to get 2 tires. The problem is when one guy starts balancing a tire on the machine or some other machine and walks away to do something else that stops the others from using that machine. It clogs up the whole process. The others didn't step in to finish his job. The management needs to get this moving more like a assembly line.
When another nearby lube business changed oil in my brand new car it was done in a jiffy but the drain plug was stripped, so I started using Walmart for oil changes. The first time I waited two hours I thought it was the exception however I have since learned that two hours is Walmart’s “jiffy”. Waiting now for three plus hours and am done with Walmart’s oil change service.
I waited 20 minutes, if that. Then got told by the employee they didn't have time for my vehicle. 3 vehicles in front of me and they close at 7. Never going there again!
Was just in there. Very rude. Got the computer jerked towards me and got told, "Here!"
Went in for an oil change on my vehicle & decided to have the tires rotated while I was there.. Now my car (2016 with only 10,000 miles) vibrates,bounces & pulls to the left driving down the hiway.. I do not know how you can miss up a tire rotation but they did a good job it!!! Also noticed that they put in the wrong oil.. Checked with the guy at the counter about the oil & he said he had me confused with someone else??? DUH!!!!
