GREAT customer service!!! They provided water bottles and snacks for the road and had cookies in the lobby. Breakfast was biscuits and gravy, eggs, potatoes, yogurts, pastries, fruit and an assortment of coffee and juices. Beds were comfortable. They had a pool to relax in and a fitness center. We would definitely stay here again.
We stayed at Best Western Fallon Inn and will definitely stay there again when we travel through the area. We found the staff to be very friendly, helpful, and were better than what we've had in much higher end hotels and resorts. The rooms were clean, nice, and well kept up. Overall we found the accommodation to be an extraordinary value.
The greeting we received by the concierge was first class. He took the time to explain all of the features that the hotel offered. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. There was a very good selection for breakfast. A good hotel I would stay here again. Can't say enough about the concierge polite well dressed and really helpful an asset to this establishment.
Hotel is one of the better in Fallon. Rooms acceptably clean and even a bit spacious. Motel style room arrangement. Breakfast is found in a converted room and was surprising for a Best Western. Staff extremely friendly.
I enjoyed my week long stay, breakfast was amazing. The beds are comfortable and the pillows were so soft. Upgraded rooms with nice flat screen tv. Everything was great!
